Duties and responsibilities
Administer incoming patients visit and phone calls and make the necessary arrangements to provide the required services from them, and provide directions to patients plus replying to their inquiries.
Other skills and abilities
- Provide services to patients for various medical clinics.
- Collect fees from retired personnel patients and their families and issue receipt for it.
- Organize the entrance to physicians relying on appointments and serial numbers.
- Coordinate with nurses when the patients come for checkup.
Education and Experience
A minimum of:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience related field
Language
- Fluent in English and Arabic
